Interesting choice of pose, although I think you need to work more on your proportions, her legs look too long and out of proportion with her body since the thighs are roughly the same length as her entire torso and head combined. The shape of her left leg is quite nice but her right leg tapers into a foot which is too tiny to support her.

Also, unless this character only has one arm her other arm should be at least a little visible. Her shoulder absolutely should be.

I can't quite understand why you've shaded the legs differently to the rest of her? The grey shading actually looks quite nice but sadly it looks out of place because you've used different techniques for everywhere else.

The foreshortening on the gun looks fairly good, you might want to watch out for the way you draw hands in future though, her thumb looks huge compared to her other very tiny fingers.
