@01:41XD yay!!! i knew somebody would see it XD it was such an obvious but unintended, even if this was done in a few hours i still feel we could have noticed it before taking it to edit.
@02:19This video is a really good object for a writing prompt. Theres so much depth to it that at first, if your not looking at it with an open mind, you can miss so much. i appreciate your work. your a talented person.
@02:19i enjoyed watching this. some nice locations and camera angles. i also liked the concept of the film. some jerky camera movements tho. thumbs up!
@02:19yeah, we got this project forced upon us XD basically nobody had a clue until the day, and it was a challenge to see how quickly we could work as a team in such a short space.
@02:19lol thats cool. i've done a short film like that... i mean we had to do it in an hour and a half lol i started to edit it but we hard to stop due to other work lol. fun tho

@02:19Now this got me thinking Not quite sure the entire meaning behind this, but I took it as the greyscale is his comfort zone, and the color is the opposite. When he steps out of his comfort zone he's met with new sights and sounds. Not sure if I'm close or not, but hopefully that made sense I think you did an excellent job on this, and I love the idea behind it. Great work
@02:19Thanks, I'm currently in the process of filming the next video as we speak XD in 2 hours we're doing a shot in which i'm in the back seat of a car looking out the window on film from a home made rig in another car that will give the film depth.
XD how i got lucky enough to get ahold of two wheelmen for my student project is beyond me
@02:19What I got out of this was a man in his familiar, clean looking part of town. The colours are dim and the sound is muffled. Suddenly, he hits this rough, dilapidated part of town and, though it's ugly, it has its own beauty. It's alive, and sure its broken down, but that's part of its liveliness, is the sense of danger, the crisp sound, and the COLOUR.
But the man is too afraid of this, and chooses his secure, muffled life over the dirty, alive world.
It's like the game Mirror's Edge, which takes place in a clean, but censored and controlled city, which is compared to the dirty, rough but alive city of before.
Which, if I'm right, is a metaphor for our overly safe and controlled lives that are draining the freedom and excitement from our lives, and if we truly want thrills and danger and LIFE that we would need to ditch our tidiness and security.
and your one of the kindest artists i've ever read a message from, it's so rare that anybody is this nice these days. have a nice day
